II. Minutes:                       Consideration of the April 9, 2012 Planning Commission Minutes

III.       Bills:

A. Proposed rezoning of the property located at 5214 Prince Street (TMS #472-09-00-080) from R-1, Single Family Residential to R-1A, Low to Medium Density Residential.

B. Proposed rezoning of the properties located at 4617, 4620, 4621, 4625, 4629, 4633, and 4641 Bonnie Marie Way, Bonnie Marie Way right-of-way, and 4629 Sunny Lane (TMS #410-09-00-001, 080, 092, 094 – 099) from R-1, Single Family Residential to a PDD, Planned Development to be known as Crescent View along with the approval of a Preliminary Plat and a request to rename the street known as Bonnie Marie Way.

IV.       Subdivision/Variances:

A. Proposed Approval of a Subdivision Variance from the Provisions of Article XVIII, Section 18-52 Paragraph (a) Relating to the Installation of Required Sidewalks for Olive Garden #1150 Located 2156 Northwood Boulevard (GMRI/Darden).

B. Proposed Preliminary Plat Showing Spencer Creek Woods Phase 1 (RLA Associates, P.A.).

C. Proposed Approval of a Request to Rename Cat Alley to Cougar Way.

D. Proposed Approval of a Request to Rename a Portion of the Street Currently known as University Boulevard in the City of North Charleston to be renamed.  The request is to continue Antler Drive all the way to Highway 78, changing it from University Boulevard.

E. Proposed Approval of a Separate Request to Change the Street Name from University Boulevard to Bobby Jameson Lane of a Portion of the Us 78 Frontage Road from Antler Drive to the End of the Cul-de-Sac in the City of North Charleston.

V.        Other Business:

A. An Ordinance Amending Section 6-13 of the City of North Charleston Code of  Which Removes the Requirement that a Dumpster Be Four (4) or More Cubic Yards to Trigger the Screening Requirements.

B. An Ordinance Amending Section 5-1 of the City of North Charleston Code of Ordinances.

C. Summary of Actions Taken by City Council at its April 12^th and April 26^th Meetings.
